Inclusive access
Accessibility
Our commitment to making Bridal Discovery usable across devices, input methods and assistive technologies.
Bridal Discovery is being built to support an inclusive experience for brides, salon professionals and visitors using a wide range of devices and assistive technologies.
Our approach
We aim for clear page structure, meaningful headings, keyboard-friendly navigation, visible focus states, readable contrast, responsive layouts, descriptive form labels and alternative text for meaningful imagery. We also work to keep important actions understandable without relying only on colour or visual position.
Responsive and keyboard use
Public pages are designed to adapt across desktop, tablet and mobile layouts. Primary navigation and forms are intended to remain usable with keyboard input and common browser accessibility features.
Images and AI-generated content
Wedding-dress imagery is central to Bridal Discovery. Where practical, public gown and editorial images include descriptive alternative text. AI-generated Virtual Try-On and hairstyle results are primarily visual features, so users who need help interpreting or operating those features may request assistance.
Third-party content
Some information, checkout experiences or external destinations may be provided by third parties. We cannot control every aspect of an external service, but we consider accessibility when selecting and integrating important platform services.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time release. As Bridal Discovery expands, we review new page patterns, navigation, forms and interactive features and address material barriers identified through testing or user feedback.
Need assistance or found a barrier?
Please use the Contact Form and select Accessibility. Include the page or feature involved, the device or assistive technology you are using, and the type of help you need. We will use that information to respond and to improve the experience where possible.
