These Terms & Conditions govern use of BridalDiscovery.com and related Bridal Discovery services operated by PBJ Media Solutions. By using the service, creating an account or submitting content, you agree to these terms and the applicable policies presented with the feature you use.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate information when creating or using an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Bridal Discovery services

Bridal Discovery provides wedding-dress discovery, saved gowns, bride-profile and Bridal Showcase features, AI-assisted visualization, Bridal Credits, salon portfolio presentation and pathways for brides and salons to connect. Features may change as the service develops.

Virtual Try-On and hairstyle mockups

AI-generated Virtual Try-On images, hairstyle mockups and related visualizations are illustrative planning tools. They are not measurements, tailoring advice, product guarantees or promises of exact appearance. Results may differ from the physical gown, final styling, lighting, fabric, colour, body fit or salon experience.

Bridal Credits and purchases

Where Bridal Credits are offered, the number of credits, price, included features and checkout terms are shown before purchase. Credits are digital service entitlements for eligible Bridal Discovery features and are not cash accounts. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment provider subject to its own terms.

Salon inventory and third-party information

Participating salons control the gown, image, pricing, availability, location and profile information they publish. Bridal Discovery may provide presentation and discovery tools but does not guarantee that every listed gown, size, price, appointment time or other salon-provided detail remains available. Confirm important information directly with the salon before relying on it.

Salon media responsibility

Participating salons are responsible for having the rights, permissions, licences and consents required for the images, descriptions, trademarks, designer information and other materials they publish. Bridal Discovery may remove, restrict or disable content or access when reasonably necessary for legal, safety, security or platform-integrity reasons.

Your uploaded content

You retain rights you hold in photos and other content you submit. You authorize Bridal Discovery and its approved service providers to host, process, transform and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, operate your private account experience, secure the platform and comply with applicable obligations.

Acceptable use

You may not use Bridal Discovery to violate law, infringe rights, impersonate another person, upload content you are not authorized to use, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected services, submit malicious code or use the platform to harass, deceive or harm others.

Salon enquiries and appointments

Bridal Discovery can transmit enquiries and fitting requests between brides and participating salons. The salon is responsible for responding, confirming availability and managing the resulting customer relationship. A submitted request is not an appointment until the salon confirms it.

Intellectual property

Bridal Discovery branding, software, page designs, original editorial material and platform features are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, designer marks, salon marks and gown imagery remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Bridal Discovery available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, suspended or retired, and access may be limited for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirements, rights violations or material breaches of these terms. Where appropriate, we may preserve records required for security, audit, financial or legal purposes.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Bridal Discovery is a discovery and technology platform. Wedding-dress purchases, alterations, fittings, salon services and third-party products are provided by independent businesses. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bridal Discovery is not responsible for independent salon decisions, third-party product performance or outcomes that depend on information outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when services, business practices or requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current public version. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
